The location is simply unbeatable! My stay was marked by the charm of Stephansplatz. The room was cozy with a lovely city view. Staff were attentive and shared valuable dining tips. Breakfast options around were delightful, especially Aida's. Despite some noise and the reception layout, my experience here was thoroughly enjoyable. Can't wait to return!

We had a remarkable stay, especially loved the stunning city views from our room. The bar on the 6th floor was a hit, friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate us, despite it being busy!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you know what? it was still acceptable.

The room was fantastic, giving me an amazing view of St Stephen's Cathedral, and the furnishings were cozy and stylish. I loved relaxing in the rooftop jacuzzi after a long day of exploring the city. Just a heads up, the entrance can be a bit easy to miss, so keep an eye out when you arrive! 😊

The friendly reception staff made a tremendous difference, with Nicholas standing out by going above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. Dining at the hotel was a highlight. the on-site restaurant served exquisite Thai dishes that truly impressed us. However, we found some common areas could use better maintenance, as there were visible signs of wear and tear. The lack of a dedicated concierge service was also noticeable when we needed local recommendations.

Had an awesome trip with friends. This place is super close to Hofburg Imperial Palace and the Museums Quartier, making it easy to explore. The staff is really welcoming and helpful. Don't miss the rooftop bar! But do note that breakfast is a la carte, so check the menu first.

Noise also creeps in from the hallway—if you’re a light sleeper, you might find early morning foot traffic annoying. For a hotel at this price point, I expected a bit more attention to cleanliness, with noticeable stains and dated decor dampening the experience.
